CTRL Delivers Inspiring Performance and PSHE Talk at Talbot Heath

Just before the Easter break, TH had the privilege of welcoming CTRL, an emerging boy band, for an exciting live performance which delivered a crucial message about online safety. The group captivated senior students with their dynamic singing and dancing, delivering an engaging medley of songs that energised the audience.

Beyond their impressive musical talents, CTRL also led a thought-provoking and impactful PSHE (Personal, Social, Health, and Economic) session, addressing key topics such as online safety, bullying, healthy and unhealthy relationships, and the importance of perseverance and self-belief. Their message encouraged students to follow their dreams, work hard, and remain true to themselves.

The visit was met with overwhelming enthusiasm from students, who not only enjoyed the live performance but also benefited from the meaningful discussions. CTRL’s ability to combine entertainment with education made for an unforgettable experience, reinforcing important life lessons in a relatable and engaging way. Indeed, this timely discussion resonated deeply, given the current prominence of this topic in the news, and provided our students with valuable tools to navigate the digital world responsibly.

Thank you to Sophie Manley for organising this very important opportunity for the girls.
