Are you looking for the perfect place to celebrate your daughter’s birthday? One of the many perks of being part of the Talbot Heath community is the exclusive opportunity to hire our Jubilee Hall for her special day!
Our Jubilee Hall is the ideal spot—safe, familiar, and packed with everything you need in one self-contained building. It includes tables, chairs, a kitchenette, toilets, and even access to our little outdoor playground for fresh air fun. With plenty of parking available, hosting a party couldn’t be easier!
You can bring in your own caterers or self-cater (keeping our strict no-nut policy in mind), and entertainers or bouncy castles are welcome with full DBS checks and public liability insurance. Full details will be included in the booking form.
Each booking is for a 4-hour slot—ample time to set up, party, and clean up, without the stress of hosting at home. Last ‘check out’ time is 4.45pm.
Is this all sounding appealing?
We’re accepting Sunday bookings during term time for this academic year, and the fee is £130 + VAT.
Here’s how to book:
1: Submit your date request form [here] by January 31st. The form shows all available dates.
2: We’ll allocate dates on a first-come, first-served basis and notify you in early February with your potential slot.
3: You complete and return the booking form within 48 hours.
4: We’ll send you an acknowledgement that seals the deal within 48 hours.
5: You arrive at your booked time, our caretaker will give you a quick H&S run through and off you go, party time!
6: At the end of your booked time, our caretaker will pop back to check we are all clean and tidy. You go home and put your feet up!
